Unfortunately, the quick fix exacerbated the problem and the chimney needed to be completely torn down and replaced. The experts at Burr Roofing, Siding, & Windows suggested immediate roof replacement and new trim/flashing for all the windows. Ultimately, we installed Seal Kind XT25 shingles in Grey Frost and reworked the trim on all the windows.
