Tracy joined Burr in late December of 2007, shortly after our relocation to our new, larger facilities in Stratford. She immediately jumped in, sorting out the office and arranging the space to work more efficiently. Her organizational skills and expedience had an immediate and profound impact on the company and team members. In 2008, Tracy was recognized as CCN’s Rookie Office Manager of the Year for all of her hard work.
Now, Tracy has assumed all responsibilities of Office Manager while she juggles financials and receptionist duties. In addition to answering all of the company phones and e-mails, she manages sales appointments, notifying our team when measure calls and warranty inspections are set, while keeping track of sales metrics. More importantly, she handles all of Burr’s financials, making sure all of the books are correct and up-to-date. Thanks to Tracy’s efficiency, the rest of the team is better able to perform their own duties. She is definitely the most important part of Burr’s foundation.
Over the years, Tracy has eagerly embraced the many CCN Best Practices that are employed here at Burr. She had attended multiple CCN conferences, including the latest in January of 2018, located in Cabo. Each time, she comes back with fresh ideas that help Burr to continuously succeed. She has become a mentor and guide to our sales staff, keeping them focused on their goals.
When Tracy isn’t keeping the office in check, she enjoys spending free time with her daughter Emma. It is such a treat when Emma visits the office, eager to help mom with whatever she can. Maybe one day she will join the Burr family just like her mom!
