Exterior Restoration in Oxford, CT
This circa 1800 colonial presented a host of challenges. Nothing was square, not even close. The original cedar clapboard siding was cracking and damaged all over the house and the homeowner informed us that there was a high liklihood of lead in the orginal materials. Additionally, the original wood fascias, rakes, and soffits were beginning to rot.
Our expert carpenters overcame the challenges of working within the Lead RRP regulations to bring this home back to its glory. We were thrilled to replicate the stunning beauty of this entry mantel. We replaced the old siding with 5 1/4″ Smooth Arctic White James HardiePlank and HardieTrim. In addition, we installed Integrity from Marvin Windows and Doors to complement the new siding and improve the efficiency of the home.
It doesn’t matter if you are restoring the beauty of an old home, or completely reinventing the look of your home, we are here to offer quality products and service at the right price.
