Sometimes an exterior upgrade doesn’t mean changing your entire aesthetic. This homeowner loved the existing look of her home but wasn’t crazy about the level of maintenance it required. She called Burr Roofing, Siding, & Windows for a James Hardie estimate and immediately fell in love with the benefits of fiber cement. Our crew installed 6” smooth clapboard in Arctic White and replaced the windows throughout the home withal white Andersen double hung windows. Now, this home is beautiful and low maintenance!
This client owns multiple properties. When they purchased this location in 2017, they knew it was a fixer-upper. After they gutted the interior, Burr Roofing, Siding, & Windows was called in to remodel the exterior, making the space both livable and gorgeous. We installed James Hardie Night Grey clapboard with a 5" exposure and Cedarmill finish to mimic the appearance of traditional cedar siding. We also built two small shed roofs over each of the back doors. Now, this home is ready for new tenants!
This Greenwich homeowner loves the welcoming and earthy tones of James Hardie Mountain Sage siding. She wanted a siding color that would match the aesthetic of her home’s interior, while connecting to the abundance of foliage in the yard. After deliberation, Mountain Sage was determined to be the perfect choice! The Burr team got to work installing 5” clapboard with a cedarmill finish to mimic the appearance of traditional cedar siding. We also replaced 5 existing windows with the Marvin Elevate line, previously known as Marvin Wood-Ultrex. Now, this home is water and airtight, not to mention drop dead gorgeous! The homeowners could not be any more thrilled.
